The best way to stop the effects of childhood obesity is to cut down on the amount of children that are obese. To do this people need to increase their daily amount of physical activity and decrease the amount of bad food in their diets. This is the best solution because it is easy and has the best results. For example, a victim of childhood obesity, Evan Cloud, said "When i was fat i used to get bullied all the time and i got sick of it. So i started practicing martial arts and i stayed active, also i would go to the store with my mom to shop for healthy foods." This shows that physical activity and eating right are the key to avoid or beat obesity. Another example is my cousin who used to be over 200lbs when we were 10 years old. He got bullied so much that he decided to change his life. By being extremely active that alone was enough to change his body, although he is still a big guy he is happy with his results and turned most of his fat into muscle.
